Capital Finance’s traineeship program was launched in February last year, with four participants taking part in the inaugural course.
Today, a total of 17 trainees have become Capital colleagues since the original pilot some 18 months ago.
“The Traineeship program is operating in a number of departments across the business and it continues to produce young enthusiastic individuals that are both skilled and highly capable,” said Director Personal Finance Steve Dyson.
Recent graduate Erin Petracco said the traineeship has instilled a sense of achievement in all of the trainees.
“The last year has been such a learning curve,’ said Erin.
“I have joined such an accommodating company for up and coming employees, and I know that by working for Capital Finance I will be able to achieve any goal I set for my self in the future.”
