What are my loan repayment options

Your Capital Finance loan instalments can be paid using the following methods:

Direct Debit – please print, complete and sign a direct debit form. This form can be returned to us by the following:

BPAY – please call our customer service team on 1300 300 3091300 300 309 option 2 to confirm your personalised BPAY reference numbers.

Can I make additional payments onto my loan?

Additional payments can be made onto your contract in addition to your agreed contractual payments. Additional payments will place your contract into an advance status when payments are up to date. Early termination fees will still apply when you pay out of your contract early.

Who do I speak to in order to delay a repayment?

Payment arrangements may be available during times of hardship. To discuss your payment options please contact one of our payment specialists on 1300 300 3091300 300 309 choosing option 2.

Who do I speak to if my loan is in arrears or a payment has dishonoured?

If your loan is in arrears or likely to fall into arrears due to a dishonoured or late payment it is important you advise us at the earliest opportunity by please calling one of our payment specialists on 1300 300 3091300 300 309 choosing option 2.

Can I payout my loan early?

In order to payout your loan early it is important you contact us to lock in an agreed payout settlement figure. A payout figure can be obtained by calling us on 1300 300 3091300 300 309 and selecting option 1. Please note paying out a loan early may incur early termination fees.

How do I obtain a balance of my loan?

A loan balance can be obtained via email – customerservice@capital-finance.com.au or by calling us on 1300 300 3091300 300 309 and selecting option 2.

How do I obtain a statement of my loan?

A statement of your loan can be obtained via email –
customerservice@capital-finance.com.au or by calling us on 1300 300 309 and selecting option 2. Provision of a loan statement may incur an administration fee.

How do I change my address for loan correspondence?

Address changes can be made via email – customerservice@capital-finance.com.au or by calling us on 1300 300 3091300 300 309 and selecting option 2. Only the registered loan holders will be able to make address changes to the contract.

How do I change my name on my loan?

Name changes due to deed poll changes (personal contracts) and registered name changes (business loans) will need to be submitted via fax – 1300 300 176 or email – customerservice@capital-finance.com.au. Supporting documentations (certified by a Justice of the Peace) such as marriage certificate, change of name certificate or registration of a change of business name will need to be submitted when lodging a change of name on a loan.

Can I nominate a third party representative to act on my behalf?

For any third party wanting to act on your behalf, Capital Finance will require a signed Letter of Authority form submitted in advance and signed by the contract holder(s) and any applicable guarantor(s). A lodged authority will remain in place unless revoked in writing by the contract holders. Please note – this form authorises a third party to act on the contract holder’s behalf for information purposes only – to discuss account, overdue payments and general information only.
