The terms and conditions of your Master Agreement has changed.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our products and services, we have recently updated the terms and conditions of your master agreement
On and from 12 November 2016, the new Terms and Conditions will apply to all new schedules you enter into under your master agreement.
For any existing schedules that you entered into under your master agreement before 12 November 2016, the terms and conditions in place before 12 November 2016 will continue to apply.
The main changes to the Terms and Conditions in your master agreement are:
- Termination rights: if you fail to pay an amount by the due date, we can terminate the contract if you have not paid the amount within two (2) business days after the due date.
- Failure to return equipment at the end of the contract: if your contract is a rental, if you do not return the equipment at the end of the original contract term, you may continue your contract and when you can return the equipment has also been amended. Alternatively we may request the return of the equipment.
- Indemnities: we have made it clear that you will not need to reimburse us if we have been fraudulent, negligent or engaged in wilful misconduct.
